Tibian is completely free to play. An in-game Store offers convenience — including equipment from the Cobra, Falcon and Soul sets, which can also be obtained in-game from bosses and quests. The Store is a shortcut, not an advantage: everything sold there can be earned by playing. Premium features (such as extra depot space and market access) are enabled for all accounts at no cost.

Yes — we provide a native macOS build for Apple Silicon (M1 and newer). Intel-based Macs are not supported.

First check that the server is online (the status is shown at the top of every page). Make sure your firewall or antivirus is not blocking the client, close heavy downloads or streams, and avoid using a VPN. If problems continue, let us know on Discord.

Tibian runs on the official Tibia 15.25 client — the classic client from the golden era of Tibia, configured to connect to our server. You get the authentic retro experience: old-school PvP, classic spawns, quests and the world as you remember it.

The standard Tibia death penalty applies: you lose experience (and possibly items if you are not blessed). Blessings reduce the penalty significantly — buy them from any temple NPC or with the !bless command before you head out hunting.

Houses are sold through in-client auctions — open the Cyclopedia in the game client and look for House Auctions. A bidding lasts 24 hours. Houses have a monthly rent.

Use the !createguild command in-game (or join an existing one). Guilds are shown on the Guilds page. Guild creation is free for everyone — premium is enabled on all accounts.

Yes, Tibian uses the standard Tibia stamina system: green stamina gives you a bonus to experience gained, and stamina regenerates while you are offline (including offline training for your skills).

Tibian is an Open PvP world: you can attack other players, but unjustified kills give you a white skull, and too many of them turn it red. Check your current frags with the !frags command.

Killing an innocent player gives you a white skull for a limited time — other players may then attack you without punishment. Collect enough unjustified kills and you receive a red skull, which means you can drop items when you die. Full details are in the Server Rules.
